Common Issues
The scan is taking a long time
Scans typically complete in 1–3 minutes. If it appears stuck after 10 minutes, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us with your store domain.
I hit my weekly message limit
Message limits reset every Monday. To increase your limit, upgrade your plan from the Billing & Plans page inside the app.
I was charged but want to cancel
Billing is handled by Shopify. Cancel from Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps → Conversion Detective → Cancel subscription. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will assist.
The app is not loading inside Shopify Admin
Try opening the app in a different browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, email us with the browser and Shopify plan you are using.
