Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using AI Conversion Detective ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. The App is operated by JR Solutions ("we", "us", "our").

2. Nature of the Service

The App uses Claude AI (by Anthropic) to analyse your Shopify store and generate conversion optimisation recommendations. All analysis, issue descriptions, and revenue impact figures are produced by an AI model and are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

3. No Financial or Business Advice

Revenue impact estimates shown in the App (e.g. "~$540/mo est.") are rough, AI-generated approximations based on your store's historical data. They are not financial advice, revenue guarantees, or business recommendations. Actual results will vary and may differ materially from any estimate shown. You should not make significant business or financial decisions based solely on these figures.

We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated estimates, analysis, or recommendations produced by the App.

4. AI Limitations

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output ("hallucinations"). We do not warrant that any analysis, recommendation, or estimate produced by the App is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. Always apply your own judgement before acting on any recommendation.

5. Eligibility and Account

The App is available to Shopify merchants only. You must have a valid Shopify store and accept Shopify's own terms of service. You are responsible for keeping your Shopify credentials secure.

6. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's Billing API. By subscribing, you authorise Shopify to charge the applicable fee to your Shopify account. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to Shopify's standard policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI prompts or models
• Resell or sublicense access to the App
• Submit false or misleading data to manipulate analysis results

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its code, design, and branding are owned by JR Solutions. Scan results and recommendations generated for your store are yours to use for your own business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
